Shared room, Suit student or someone on a budget

Room to share with one easygoing Professional male. There are two others in the flat.

All other amenities sitting room, Kitchen, garden, toilet are shared but all are well behaved (usually!) and friendly.

Would suit Imperial or Roehampton student. Quite near Sheen and Barnes which have lots of pubs and reasonably priced restaurants and good transport links to Central London, Clapham and Hammersmith.
