Bright, spacious double room in two bedroom flat

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a two bedroom flat in Roehampton.

The flat has two double rooms, a large living room with dining table, balcony, kitchen, shower room (no bath) and a separate toilet.

The flat is on the 6th floor of an 11 storey building, there are stunning views of Richmond Park, Wimbledon Common and Putney Heath. There are free parking bays just outside - no permits are required.

There closest bus stop is about 2 minutes' walk away, and you can reach Hammersmith tube, East Putney or Putney Bridge Tube, Putney Rail or Barnes Rail stations very easily.

I am looking for just one flatmate - even though it's a double room. The room is available for about 7 months. I'd be happy to share with a student or a professional, in fact the flat is a stone's throw from the Roehampton uni Whitelands campus.

I studied French and Italian at university and I now work in tourism. I have a boyfriend who lives in another city so quite often I'll be away at weekends, or he'll be visiting me. I like to spend my free time playing in brass bands, dancing ceroc and training for triathlons.

You can expect to pay about £80 per month for bills.
