King bed+ensuite. Newly refurbed house, Roehampton

***Viewings week of 19th January***

I am looking for a new housemate to move in to my spare room in my newly refurbished 3-bedroom house in the Putney/Roehampton/Barnes area. The room has a king size bed, large double wardrobe, and brand new en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, sink and toilet). The rear-facing room that overlooks the garden - so nice and quiet - also has a flat-screen TV with Sky.

The house has a shared living room and brand new open plan kitchen/diner with cooking island and all new appliances. The kitchen opens up on to a large patio area with grassy area with a BBQ. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Richmond Park is just a short walk/run/drive from the house and I often go up to the park after work to go for a run or just to get some fresh air.

The house is very well connected from a transport perspective. 20 metres from the front door is a bus stop where buses run every 5mins down to Putney station, Fulham and through to South Kensington (route 430). 5 mins walk away are buses that run to Hammersmith, Richmond and Wimbledon among others (routes 72, 265, 493, 969 and N74).

In addition to this there is also free on-street parking right outside the house (it's all well lit at night).

At the bottom of the road there is a row of shops (Boots, Costcutter, a butcher and an Off License) and a great Italian restaurant.

A bit about me...I am a professional female who enjoys exercising (running or gym) after work or relaxing with the odd glass of post-work wine. I am often out and about at weekends meeting up with friends or enjoy staying in to watch a movie. I am looking for someone who is respectful of another person's home, are fun, reliable and happy to chat. They must be a professional.

Bills are not included and are usually around £80 per month (including gas, electricity, water, Council tax, broadband wifi and the full Sky TV package).
