I am writing to invite you to rent an en-suite room in a warm, modern flat from 26 Nov 2016 to 1 March 2017 at 17 Queen Marys House, 1 Holford Way, London SW15 5DH.

The rent is £190 per week for one person and £220 for one couple. It includes all bills (100MB High Speed Broadband, Undergroud Parking, etc.).

I am a full time lecturer at UCL, open-minded and always eager to help people out. In the evenings, I am also open for a chat, film, match, wine, etc. In the same time, I fully respect my flatmate’s privacy and life style. I have been well-travelled for the last decade and lived well with people from various backgrounds.

The flat is a two bedroom, two bathroom property (larger than 78 sq. m.) benefiting from a good sized south-facing balcony and has two good-sided double bedrooms (one is en-suite). Finished throughout is to a very high specification. There is dedicated storage room for you within the apartment.

Besides a dedicated gym, underground parking space, and communal garden, the flat is within walking distance of great green places of Richmond Park and Roehampton university.

The flat is free from traffic jams, and you can walk to Barnes Railway station (connecting to Waterloo) within 15 minutes. There is a free residential bus service in the mornings to East Putney Tube station and in the afternoons taking you back home. Besides, frequent 24 Hour Bus services around London are just outside the building, including bus route 493 to Tooting (via East Sheen & Wimbledon Village), 72 to to East Acton (via Barnes, Hammersmith & Shepherd’s Bush) and 265 to Putney.
