Hello potential tenant.

I am a live out landlord and a property developer. I have recently refurbished a property in Roehampton to an extremely high standard.

The kitchen is brand new with all new appliances including a double oven, washer dryer and an Integrated microwave. There are two Brand new fridge freezers and ample storage so each tenant gets a couple of cupboards each.

There are 2 toilets and shower. One room that is not available has their own shower too.

I have employed a cleaner that will come once a week and clean all communal areas and if you need anything cleaned more ( fridges or oven ) then let me know as this only maintains the appliances.

The room has excellent storage under the bed double wardrobes. I also have additional lockable space in the communal areas if needed.

I have excellent references as a landlord and only want your life to be stress free and enjoyable in this house !
