The building is on the Thames and residents get access to a gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, plus a concierge, parking, and bike storage in the garage.
Canada Water (Jubilee) and Rotherhithe Overground are both about a 10-minute walk or 5-minute cycle away.
A bit about me: I grew up abroad, speak French and English, and work in consulting. I am pretty tidy and like to keep the flat in good order, which I want to be upfront about since everyone has a different standard.
Bills-wise, water is included in the rent. Energy and broadband run to around £50/month split, and Council Tax (Band E, Southwark) is on top of that.
Start date is flexible.
