Shared kitchen and living room.
Own bathroom in the hallway.
Rent 1125 +bills. Bills additional 200-250 per month
The living room - please note: no sofa.
The bedroom is partially furnished. I am happy to leave the bed frame - however I will be taking the mattress with me so you will need to buy your own. They come pretty cheap from Amazon these days :)
References are required. Right to live and work in the UK. UK based guarantor is also required in some cases. Please note: this is a joint tenancy agreement for a 2 bedroom flat so the agreement will be with my flatmate, not on a room basis.
About my flatmate : chilled and relaxed girl. Clean tidy. Always up for a chat in the kitchen. Is a doctor so works shifts so you have the house to yourself mostly. Looking for like minded individuals.
