I have a double bedroom available in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood close to the river. The flat has a separate toilet and a comfortable shared living room, making it a nice place to relax and feel at home.

Bills are not included in the rent. Council Tax (£200/per month), water rates and other utilities would be paid separately and split between two of us. The total cost of all bills is currently around £180/month per person, depending on usage.
