The household

This is a LGBTQ friendly home with a Spanish-speaking landlord. Being sociable is important for a friendly home, but also privacy, quiet time and having our own space.

Working from home occasionally is fine, particularly one or two days a week, but the room is not suitable for someone who works from home full-time.

The preference is for someone looking for a long-term home where they can settle in, feel comfortable and genuinely feel at home. A minimum stay of 3 months may be considered, depending on the circumstances.
