Small Double Room all bills included

I’m subletting a small double room in our tidy three-bedroom flat in Rotherhithe. It’s **available now until 5 December** for **£200 a week, all bills included**. The deposit is £200 (one week’s rent). A three-week stay would be ideal, and we’re happy to consider other lengths of stay within those dates.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and chair, and a small bedside table. There’s a shared balcony and a living room with a sofa, TV and dining table. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and sink. The flat has one shared shower room and a separate toilet.

You’d be sharing with two flatmates, a professional in his 30s and a recent graduate in her 20s. The room would suit a working professional who works from home no more than two days a week.

Canada Water station is a five-minute walk for the Jubilee line, and Rotherhithe station is even closer for the Windrush line. Both have overnight services on Friday and Saturday nights. Southwark Park is a short walk away, and you can be by the Thames in under 10 minutes. For groceries, there’s a Sainsbury’s Local less than five minutes away on foot and a large Lidl about a 20-minute walk away.
