The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to Gallions Reach DLR Station(Docklands Light Rail), making it super convenient for commuting.
It is under 10mins to Custom House DLR station where you can connect with the Elizabeth Line.
There are also supermarkets, gyms, and all the essentials right on your doorstep.
Gallions reach shopping centre is a 5min bike ride away and has a massive Tesco and Beckton retail park is 8-10mins away and this has your massive Sainsbury's.
Lidl and Asda are also closeby, too.
London City airport is 15mins away.
Under 30mins to Canary Wharf

South east london easily accessible via Woolwich ferry or the foot tunnel

DETAILS
This is my home, so there won’t be a formal tenancy contract as I’m letting out a room but I am happy to make a lodgers agreement.
This means no agency fees and a bit more flexibility so whether you’re looking for a short or longer stay, we can discuss what works best.
- Deposit: Less than five weeks rent.
- Rent: paid monthly advance. So as soon as you move in for the coming month. E. g move in on 1st November and you pay for the month on 1st November
- Couples considered.
