The Room & Flat:

Bedroom: Spacious unfurnished double bedroom. The current furniture pictured will be removed.

Bathroom: Not en-suite, but you will have sole use of the main bathroom (I have my own).

Shared Spaces: Full, shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable, open-plan living/dining room.

Parking Space: A parking space is available; details can be discussed further regarding usage if interested.

Gym: A full gym is situated within the flat block, open from 6 a. m. to 10 p. m.
Important Note on Availability:

Please note that the flat is currently on the market for sale. Because of this, I cannot guarantee a long-term contract at this stage. However, you will be given a minimum of 2 months' notice if a sale completes and you need to move out, making this ideal for someone looking for a flexible medium-term arrangement.

About Me & My Dog:

You’ll be sharing with me—I’m a professional woman working in the Civil Service, going into the office 2–3 days a week and working from home the rest of the time. Outside of work, I’m a keen baker, an avid reader, love getting crafty, and am perpetually trying my best to keep a collection of houseplants alive!

Joining us is Hank, my Basset-Beagle cross! Hank is around 24/7, so you must be a genuine dog lover. He is completely obsessed with cuddles, extremely nosey about what everyone is up to, and has a whole lot of charm.

House Vibe:

I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable housemate who appreciates a peaceful home environment. I’m very happy for you to have friends or family over to visit! All I ask is that we both respect each other’s privacy and keep noise levels down past 10:00 PM.
