Hey! We are looking for a new flatmate!!
We have an available double room in the area of Bloomsbury. The room is 2 min walk from Russell Square Station (zone 1) and close to Kings cross and UCL.
Most of London city centre in walking distance.
Location is a no brainer really!
You'll share the house with me and my lovely flatmate.
Kitchen is fully equipped and with new washer/dryer.
Super fast Fibre Broadband internet.
All major supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco open 24/7) 1 minute away. Lidl 15 min away.
The price is £590 pm not including bills.
Bills (water, electricity, internet) are 34£ pm - and gas is prepaid meter , so we top up depending the weather.
Council tax is 48£ pm if you are not a student.
We're two working professionals who sometimes enjoy having a glass of wine all together , we are very chilled and also respecting each other privacy :)
