Hey there! I'm Hazwan, a postgraduate student at LSE. This summer, I'll be off to Canada for an internship, which means I'm looking to sublet my place. Since it's intercollegiate university accommodation affiliated with the University of London (UOL), it's strictly for students (from any university).

**You will be taking over my remaining contract for 152 nights (app. 5 months) at a rate of £36.24 per night (£253.68 per week), after that you may renew a new contract with UOL again.

Accommodation:
My room comes fully furnished with everything you need – a comfy double bed, a cozy coffee desk, study desk with lamp, spacious wardrobe, bookshelf, clothing drawer, and a handy small drawer.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, and plenty of cabinets for your groceries.

You'll share the bathroom with two other female housemates.

Utilities:
Heating and WiFi are all covered in the bill, so no need to worry about extra costs.

Location:
Situated in a vibrant student-friendly area, with a Waitrose supermarket just a minute away at Brunswick Centre. You'll find everything you need nearby, from kitchen equipment stores to popular restaurants like Nandos and Starbucks, along with convenient Tesco and Sainsbury's outlets.

Transport links are excellent, with Russel Square station just a minute's walk away and St. Pancras station a mere 5 minutes away, connecting you to all corners of London. Plus, being centrally located means you're just a short stroll from the British Museum and numerous beautiful gardens.

Housemates:
You'll be sharing the space with two lovely housemates from the US, both studying at UCL. They're super friendly and easygoing, making it a great environment to live in.
