2-Bedroom + Spacious Living Room, Russell Square

My current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend: I am looking for someone to share a great flat with! The flat is cozy and central: a 2-minute walk to the Piccadilly line (Russell Square) and a 10-minute walk to King's Cross. You can also bike to most of Central London in under 20 minutes.

There's a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a good-sized kitchen, and a fairly big hub area connecting the rest. It is minimally furnished.

I'm a neuroscience postdoc at UCL and spend a lot of time there or climbing in one of the nearby gyms. I enjoy chatting and socializing with my flatmate, sharing a dinner when the occasion presents itself. I prefer a social home but I also appreciate some quiet downtime to unwind. FIP radio is often playing in the background: if you know what it is, you probably already want to move in, if not check it out! I occasionally host dinners with a couple of friends or colleagues, but these never turn into noisy parties.

I'm often away, partially for work, but also because my girlfriend lives in Paris and I visit her about one week a month. She visits London equally often. I would prefer living with either a single flatmate or someone with a similar situation, and will not prioritize couples.

Heating is included in the rent, the rest (tax, internet, electricity, water) amounts to about £350 per month total. Flexible move-in date to discuss, from effectively now to mid October.
