I am leaving the UK at the end of March for an internship, so I’m searching for someone to take over my room at International Hall. It is a quiet and super confortable Double Studio, and I really enjoyed the time spent here.

• Suitable for 1 or 2 persons (double bed)
• £342/week (all bills INCLUDED)
• 4-minute walk from Russell Square Tube, 10 minutes from UCL Bloomsbury and from St Pancras, and 15 minutes from LSE

🏠 ROOM DETAILS
• Modern studio with lots of furniture
• A large desk with two chairs, plenty of storage space
• Large kitchen with two hotplates, a microwave oven, a fridge, a sink and a massive worktop
• The double bed can be folded and retracted
• Bathroom, toilet and sink
• 5th and last floor, no noise from the ceiling/roof
• Virtual tour available on University of London website
• Theoretically no tableware but some of my cooking stuff can be left for free

🧑‍🎓CONDITIONS
• 30 March to 20 June 2026 (summer extension available to mid-September). Ideal for Spring holidays and spring exams, if you want peace and quiet for revising or to explore the city.
• LONDON STUDENT ONLY. The hall is managed by University of London, so any UG, PG, PhD student from a University of London college (public universities of London, e. g. UCL, LSE, SOAS…) can be accepted
• Suitable for 1 or 2 persons (double bed)

• Facilities: laundry, common room, study rooms, two gardens, music room, squash room, cinema…
• 24-hour front desk (for maintenance, parcels, well-being…), active Resident Advisor team with many free events.
• Very safe, quiet, and well-managed building
• Catering service available (not included in the rent)
