30 year old couple looking for a lodger to move into our spare room. The House is well-insulated, cosy, and in a safe, gated development. Room comes with a private south-facing roof terrace and en-suite bathroom.

Rent is £1450pcm with all bills and a regular cleaner included in cost. The room is available from 1 Oct, with 1 month upfront cost as a deposit. At least 1 months notice required at the end so we can find a new lodger.

- Great running routes along the river and a gym, are only 2 mins away.
- Richmond park is a short bike ride away and Battersea park is a 2km run from the house along the river.
- There is a small Tesco over the road and a larger Sainsbury’s nearby.
