You will be sharing with two professional males, who work in design/education and television. We would love to find a creative like-minded individual,. The house is very much treated as a home but we all also live our own busy lives with girlfriends, boyfriends, etc. So while we come and go as we please during the week we are not adverse to hanging out on the weekends for BBQ's in the garden or films in the lounge. The house is minimal, and clutter-free in kitchen and lounge, so a housemate with similar ideals would be preferable.

- Minimum of 3 recent Bank statements that demonstrate ability to pay the rent.
