Beautiful double bedroom available in shared house with sunny garden, warm triple glazing, cleaner, fibre broadband, friendly housemates in quiet road. Move in July, 13th.

The room is on the first floor with a window to the garden. Good sized room - similar, but larger than the one on these pics - just looking for pics of this room, not on my phone.

It has a large window, a large Ikea wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers, mirror and shelves.

The house is located 5 minutes from Seven Sisters Tube Station in a quiet and leafy residential road. Downhills Park and many shops, cafes and pubs are short walks away.

It's shared by 6 people on 2 floors with a shared kitchen diner leading to the sunny lawned garden, and 2 bathrooms (3 toilets).

Others in the house are Brits, Canadian, Polish, friendly professionals in their 20ies.

There is a cleaner once per week for communal areas.

All bills and fibre broadband as well as the cleaner are included in the rent.

The house generally looks very tidy and so we are looking for someone who fits into this and pulls their weight to keep it like this, too. Non-smokers only please.
