For the double studio, sofa has been removed from the room. There might be some painting needed before new tenants move in .
For couple , there will be £30 extra for the room , all bills inclusive

We currently have 5 tenants living in our studios house , 3 males and 2 female, all professional( Tv industry, architecture, fashion retail, student)

For pet , at the moment , cats are welcome or quiet pets. As a dog lover, I am afraid it is bit difficult at the moment for the size and other tenants who live inside

Preferred tenants: long term stay professional or students
