Double room for girl, calm flatshare, 3 month let

A large, sunny double room in a calm flat share, close to the tube. Two-storey flat, five minutes walk from Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line/Overground).

It's a relaxed, quiet and well-maintained flat, recently refurbished and in a great location for transport. We don't have a lounge. You’ll be sharing the flat with two girls and a guy, ages 26, 28, 39, working in arborist, film/tv script editing, photography/handyman. We’re looking for a flatmate that wants to stay around 3 months and are above a nice café in N15 5AA.

Rent is £675.00 and average bills are around £140.00 per month (Council tax, internet, utilities, cleaner) depending on season. Fast internet and only a five minute walk to Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line and trains to Liverpool Street, Dalston, London Fields and Stansted Airport).

The flat is well-located for; Upper Street, Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park, Hoxton and Haringey Green Lanes. There are also many night buses from central London at the end of the road. A big Tesco is just six minutes’ walk and Sainsburys Local/Costa are on our doorstep. South Tottenham Overground is a ten minute walk and takes you to Hampstead Heath, Richmond, Kew Gardens and Stratford. I'm afraid we don't have room for bicycles I'm afraid.

There’s a large sports centre, just seven minutes walk with three pools, sauna and great gym. Pure Gym is five minutes walk, and tennis courts in Downhills Park, just around the corner from us.
