Double room in family home a short walk from tube

One furnished small double room is available in a recently renovated period house. The room is newly decorated and has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe.

The two family occupied rooms have their own en-suites. The main bathroom has a bath with a digital shower (can set temperature) and electric underfloor heating. There is a large kitchen with doors onto a garden and a utility room.

My wife and I live here with our two children (6 and 3), so we are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful, who is happy living with a family. I have an allergy to seafood, so I wouldn’t want any seafood kept in the fridge, but other than that we’re fairly normal.

The house is a short walk to Seven Sisters station on the Victoria Line (10 minutes to King’s Cross) and (20 minutes to Oxford Circus) and the Overground into Liverpool St (25 minutes).
