Hello everyone,
We have a big double room available in our house. The room is for a single occupancy.
We are looking for a full-time professional with a daytime job, working Monday- Friday between 9 am -7 pm. Work from home is not available. We are looking for a person who is ready to commit to a long-term stay.
The price is £175 per week with 2 weeks of deposit. Short let’s considered at £40 per night.
House is in a very good location, 7 minute walk to Seven Sisters station, and has a small garden. Very close is a park with tennis courts.
In the house at the moment live 3 males and 1 female. Everyone is clean and quiet and respectful of others.
We are looking for someone like-minded to fit in with the other housemates.
Please keep in mind that this is non-smoking, drug-free, and not a party house. The property does not have a shared living room.
