Single Room in a Friendly&Relax Home (1st Feb 26)

We have a lovely single room becoming available in our cozy and welcoming house, located in a quiet part of Seven Sisters – just a short walk from restaurants, grocery shops, green spaces, and great transport links.

🛏 About the Room:
Single room, ideal for one person
Comes with a desk that will remain in the room
Furniture shown in the pictures may have changed slightly, but the desk stays

🌿 About the Home: The atmosphere here is calm, respectful, and community-oriented. We all respect each other’s sleep schedules and workloads, making this a perfect place for working professionals or mature students who value peace and harmony.

👫 Who You’ll Be Living With:
Aged between 23–32
Currently 2 women and 2 men – all international, open-minded, and friendly, with a mix of British, Portuguese, Greek, and French-Swiss backgrounds and a furry friend 😺

We welcome anyone (any gender identity) who is clean, respectful, and responsible
LGBT Friendly Home.

🧼 House Guidelines & Routine:
- Weekly cleaning rota + “clean as you go” approach for kitchen and bathroom
- We all pitch in to keep the house comfortable for everyone
- Respecting common spaces and each other’s time is key

💸 Rent & Move-In:
Rent: £695/month (all bills included)
Deposit: Half month’s rent
Deposit is fully refundable if the room is returned in good condition with a minimum 1-month notice

If you're coming from abroad, we’re happy to reserve the room with a deposit and you can pay the remaining rent upon move-in

📅 Viewings: Online and in-person viewings are available ASAP

We’re looking for someone to move in by February 1st.
