We are looking for a non-smoking single person who is considerate about sharing with working and studying flatmates .
Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, and desk with chair. House itself has 2 bathrooms both with toilets and showers.
Fully furnished kitchen and partially roofed garden with tables and chairs ready for barbeques! :)
Very good connection to central London by tube, over ground and buses (major bus stop 1 minute walking)
Price includes all bills and unlimited 200MB broadband and is 180 with deposit of 450.
We are looking for a professional or a student who are respectful of others.
This is quiet house as we all are working/studying and we are welcome flatmates alike.
Please be prepared to do your chores weekly as we take care about our house and like to keep it clean :).
