Female for room in period block, Seven Sisters !

Double room with a double bed 580 + 40 bills.

looking for FEMALES PREFERRED in an all female house share.

Someone clean quiet and respectable and that can move ASAP

We are on the 2nd floor of a period Mansion building, with varnished wooden floors throughout.

We have a shared kitchen and dining space as well as a bathroom with a separate toilet and a communal garden downstairs.

You will be sharing with 4 others, all in their 20s and working or working/studying.

The Landlord does not live in but is the nicest around and will always fix any problems, should any happen!

The contract is for 12 months, and we are ideally looking for someone long term, and also someone very very clean in the kitchen and communal areas.

NO SMOKING in the room (but smoking allowed outside of course :) )

Walking distance to Chestnuts, Downhills and Finsbury Parks.

67 takes your straight to Dalston/ Shoreditch/ Brick lane
and 341 Essex Road/Angel/ Clerkenwell
N29 not far
10 mins walk to Turnpike lane (Piccadilly line) or Seven Sisters (Victoria line) or 3min by bus
