I'm looking for relaxed, friendly people to rent my 2-bed flat in Seven Sisters.
It's a really nice flat with a large bookshelf-lined kitchen/living room with wooden floors, looking out onto a very pleasant balcony with new patio furniture.
The whole flat has a lot of light, both in the main room and the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are large, with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The flat has a decent-sized bathroom with a new combi boiler (=24hr hot water on demand) and a store cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There's an oven, a microwave, plenty of cupboard space and all the usual furniture you'd expect. I could also provide pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, a kettle and probably bedding too if that'd be helpful.
I'm a doctor by training and used to live in the flat myself, but I moved a few years ago to Canada and I’m ideally looking to rent to professional people who are looking for a place with a more grown-up feel than a lot of the chaotic flat shares on the market. My parents live nearby and will be there if you have any issues. I'm a good and reliable landlord who fixes things rapidly if they go wrong and has never had any problems with my tenants. I hope to find equally reliable tenants and continue my no-drama renting!
The flat is a 7-minute walk from Seven Sisters tube (Victoria line), a 7-minute walk from South Tottenham overground (on the east-west Barking-Gospel Oak line) and a 7-minute walk from Stamford Hill overground (on the north-south line from Enfield Town to Liverpool Street). There's a medium-sized Sainsbury's by Stamford Hill and a huge Tesco by Seven Sisters.
The price includes TV licence and fast Virgin internet, but doesn’t include water, gas/electricity or council tax. The council tax band is C, energy rating is also C.
