I've just purchased a desk & chair (pending pics as arriving Tues 2nd), so all set for home working.

The room has sole use of the main bathroom, with bath & shower, and you'll have 24h access to the on-site residents gym, and roof terrace.

All the usual bills are included, as there's netflix and amazon prime video avialble in living room.

Wifi is great and there is strong signal in all rooms with a 100mb connection.

A fortnightly clean is also included, covering bathroom, all floors and kitchen.

Location is perfect for travel to central London on the Victoria line, and to the City, London fields and Hackney neighbourhoods, via the overground.

If you have a car, then you can have full use of my designated off-street space.

If you’re a cook, like me, them you will enjoy using the fully equipped kitchen and the local high st has about every ingredient imaginable.

Looking ahead to post-lockdown, there are great pubs and restaurants on your doorstep.

Me personally, i’m pretty chilled, neat and tidy and like cooking. love going out socialising, and less often, gym and cycling.
