Bright Double Room in Friendly Warehouse w/ Deck

We have a spacious double room coming up at our bright warehouse conversion, The Button Factory.

We're a friendly & chill household - we enjoy watching films together and having a good natter, but we're not a party warehouse. We really respect each other's need for peace and privacy, aka, introverts and extroverts both welcome in our home!

Please note that to keep numbers in the house low, the room is not available to couples, sorry.

The communal areas are downstairs with loads of natural light. We have a big open plan kitchen & dining space, and an enormous shared lounge space which is completely glass-fronted, opening onto a large decked terrace with various nice plants and seating areas dotted about.

There are two generous bathrooms upstairs each with a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rails. There is also a separate toilet in the downstairs communal area.

Full central heating throughout - genuinely always warm in winter! The rent includes absolutely all bills, and our lovely cleaner who comes twice a month to refresh the communal areas. We all chip in to keep the house clean and tidy day to day, and are looking for a housemate who also contributes and values a well-kept shared space.

The warehouse is right in the heart of a creative community occupied by lots of musicians, artists, filmmakers, and other creatives & fun types. It’s a lively area with friendly neighbours, and although this is not a party house, there is always something going on in the area - parties, gigs, exhibitions etc.
