Beautiful double room available in period town house with garden, 5 minutes walk to Seven Sisters Station in leafy, quiet road. The Victoria Line brings you super fast to eg Oxford Circus. Seven Sisters Station is also a train station.

The house is shared by 6 friendly professionals on 2 floors with a spacious kitchen diner leading to the South facing, very sunny garden.

The available room has a large window to the quiet residential road, a double bed, Ikea wardrobe, desk, bedside chest of drawers, shelves and mirror. It's not huge, but very comfy.

We are looking for a new housemate, a tidy professional.

£650 includes all bills, 1gig broadband, weekly cleaner.

Important:
- The age group (roughly 26 to 35) is important, as required by current housemates
- The room is for single occupancy only, no couples sorry
- Young professionals with excellent English, with a regular job during the day
- No smoking, inside or outside.
- The housemates keep the house in a very clean state and they are looking for someone like-minded, who is willing to pull his/her weight
- The room is free from April 12th.
- Minimum six months tenancy but preference for tenants who would like to stay longer.
