Downstairs double room with en-suite (which some previous tenants have used as a walk in closet), extra storage throughout the house, part furnished, few minutes walk from both seven sisters station and south tottenham overground and loads of busses and shops. garden access, balcony, big living room, good size kitchen, a couple of us have been living here for 3 years so have a good relationship with the landlord (who is a lovely guy). current housemates are 23(F) 23(NB) and 27(M), all young professionals, lovely, chilled, tidy group of people but down to party every now and then.
