Double room SUBLET in Fountayne Road Warehouse

✨2 WEEK SUBLET! 20th January - 3rd February ✨

We have a good sized, double room available from 20th January - 3rd February in our 4 bedroom warehouse on Fountayne Road for £300, all bills, internet, cleaner and use of studio and studio space included. Cheaper rent than what would usually be charged as you would be responsible for caring for my two cats while I'm away.

About the room:
Insulated double room with a velux window, sloped ceiling, beams, radiator and solid wood door that locks. Bed, bedding, ottoman, chest of draws and two clothes rails and two full size mirrors will be free for you to use.

About the space:
We occupy a large, open-plan, duel entrance unit on the first floor. Newly refurbished so well insulated and ventilated with plenty of radiators and windows. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, dance studio and storage space is located in the downstairs area while the bedrooms, communal work space and second living room/snug with TV are all located above on the mezzanine floor and can be accessed by either of the two staircases. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, microwave, blender and also benefits from 2 fridges and two large islands that also serve as a large dining table. The dance studio is equipped with fantastic flooring and mirrors. We also have plenty of yoga and safety mats, as well as blocks and other small work out equipment. The studio is home to a stage pole and an Aerial hoop rig.

About the roomies:

Live-work gang who all work or train from home at least some of the time.
We are all creatives and sociable, we tend to be pretty focused on work, and are not a party house, although we do love to occasionally get together as a house and enjoy organising dinner parties with a few neighbours from along our hallway, all massive foodies, into our health and wellbeing. It's not unusual for us to work quite long hours, but we are friendly, very chatty and have forged strong relationships in the house. We are all quite big personalities but extremely mindful and respectful of each others working/sleeping patterns. At night, the house is fairly quiet during both the week and the weekends. Liberal, LGBTQ+ friendly, anti-tory, anti-swerf.

The lowdown:
• Olive, 25 (she/her): Producer and digital consultant, works hybrid from home/office - likes cooking and cinema, likely out seeing friends. xxx<3
• Amanda, (she/her):
• Claire, 30 (she/her): Performer/creative type involved in dance, burlesque, aerial hoop instructor, host, and runs a performance agency. Plant-based chica, somewhere between serious workaholic and playful festival-loving part time hippy.

The cats are two petite ragdoll females called Figlet and Mochi. They would require two wet food meals a day, their water bowls changing regularly and their dry food topped up consistently as well as their litter boxes being emptied every 3 days at least. Please note that they are indoor cats so you must make sure to be mindful of the front door being left open as well as the windows in the main space. Please also note that we keep extra precautions to make sure that they don't get squished in the fire doors which are super heavy and close by themselves.

Local amenities:
– 3 corner shops within 5 mins
– Lidl, Iceland, Asda Home, BnM, B&Q etc around 7 min walk at Tottenham Hale retail park
– Big Tesco and small Sainsburys 10 mins walk in opposite direction
– 8-10 mins walk to either Tottenham Hale or Seven Sister tube
– Right next to a lovely canal path leading all the way from Tottenham marshes to Victoria park (and beyond?)
