Description
There is a double room available for a woman in my creative, clean, sorted house share in a terrace house between Turnpike Lane and Seven Sisters.
It is a long established vegan/veggie LGBTQI friendly home. This is a friendly intersectional women's house, both academic and activist.
The room overlooks the back garden and gets the morning sun. It has built in (white yikes!) wardrobes and a double bed and would suit some-one who is kind, mindful and responsible, Is veggie (or happy to live in a veggie house) queer/ally who is happy to share caring for communal spaces.
The room has a comfy double bed and desk overlooking the garden, which is great for working from home. It also has a lovely wall for projecting movies.
Downstairs is a dining room and a separate living room. There is a large garden with two seating areas for morning and afternoon sun.
This is not a big drinking house, but I do love watching Netflix together and the occasional dinner party.
It has been described by many people as a sanctuary space.
I am a friendly feminist lecturer at a London university, where I teach and do research in the social sciences. I regularly travel for work.
Would suit someone who is self-sufficient yet enjoys sharing/socialising and communal living.
The price includes all bills including broadband. If you are vegan/veggie, LGBTQI or LGBTQI friendly, mindful and kindhearted who is looking for a quiet friendly, chilled and creative place to live this is for you.
The house is brilliantly connected, more or less opposite the 41 bus stop 2-minute walk to the 341 and 230 and 67, 12-minute walk to Seven Sisters tube for the Victoria Line. Good connection to Turnpike Lane for the Piccadilly Line.
It has a great park a couple of minutes walk away.
Available from 22 September for stays up to 6 months.
