Double Room in Seven Sisters

Hello,
Looking for someone approachable, social, friendly and clean who is happy to join in creating a relaxed home space in Seven Sisters.

The rent for the room is paid up until 18 December, but I will be moving out at the beginning of December. It is possible to move in earlier and sublet it from me until the contract is renewed on the 18th of December.

We have a 3 bedroom house, with a living room, dining area, and a kitchen, a large bathroom, plus a beautiful garden. On a quiet residential street with a library and corner shop.

The bedroom available is a double room on the second floor. There is only this room on this floor. It has two windows, a corner for clothes, and a built-in storage cupboard. It is quite a large and functional room. There is also plenty of space/storage in the living room.

The rent will be £875 a month, the deposit is £875. Bills are not included, they roughly come to about £120 a month per person.

You will be sharing with two males, Jamie and Lewis, both professionals. We are a quite household.

CONTRACT: You will be signing a one-year contract together with the current housemates. For this 3 months bank statement, employment letter, proof of right to stay, and a reference letter from the previous landlord is required. We have a great landlord, who is really helpful.
