It has underfloor heating throughout (with an eco-friendly heat pump in the garden), a mix of reclaimed vintage tiles and hardwood floors, high quality tasteful furniture. A baby grand piano if you are a player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and an oven, microwave, boiling water tap, induction stove. Washing machine and drier under stairs.
The location is in a quiet road just off Seven Sisters station, offering amazing transport links (King's X in under 10 minutes). South Tottenham is an increasingly popular and fun location, with several pubs and bars in easy walking distance.
The rent is £2300/month, with a one-month deposit that is obviously fully refundable if you left the place as you found it. Utilities: council tax is about £170/month, electricity (for heating, lighting, and appliances) about £250/month, water about £50/month, broadband about £50/month.
