Double Room Seven Sisters

Double room available in a sociable house with a group of young professionals.

None of us knew each other before we moved in, but we've become great friends and are looking to replace one of our housemates who is sadly leaving us. We love to have barbecues, movie nights, mario kart tournaments, and have drinks together, so we're looking for someone fun to join the house!

We are looking for a male roommate to keep gender equality in the house, so unfortunately female applicants won’t be considered. Also, no video viewings will be accepted. Sorry!

The house is close to Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line) and South Tottenham overground station, both less than 10 minutes walk away, with a commute to Kings Cross only 15 minutes. There's also the lovely Markfield Park and River Lee and wetlands nearby - perfect for a stroll or run along the canal if you like to get outdoors!

The room comes fully furnished and bills, wifi, and council tax are included in the rent of £850pcm. Each bedroom shares a bathroom with just one other flatmate. There is also a living room with a TV, large kitchen and dining space, as well as a back patio.
