Room with double bed in Seven sisters N15

We're looking for a flatmate to renew our tenancy starting from 2nd December 2024

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, working desk, gaming chair

Our place has 1 shared bathroom, a kitchen, and a shared living room. We have washing machine, gas hob, fridge, microwave. It is 5 minutes walk away from Seven sisters Underground station Victoria Line.


We have an elderly neighbour downstairs so preferably that you're not to be loud at midnight as to not disturb them.
Bills not included but usually would amount to 100 ~150 ish per person (electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax)

About us:
I work as a software developer and I work from home most of the time, my flatmate is a masters graduate from Imperial and working for the NHS

We also make dinner together most of the time, you're welcome to join and help us if you want, let us know your dietary requirements! We also do weekly groceries run to Lidl if you're interested. Sometimes have a takeaway night as well.

We also divide chores for the bathroom, living room and kitchen so preferably we're looking for people who are okay with it. We have a tv that has prime, disney+, youtube, crunchyroll so we can watch something together if you're into it. There's also PS5 so if you're looking for gaming. If we're doing a night out, you're welcome to join us as well.
