Double room, warehouse, Tottenham Hale

Double room (internal window only) available in a warehouse unit sharing with 2 others. The room comes semi furnished with a double mattress. The price comes with all bills included due to the lack of natural light.

The unit has a kitchen equipped with all amenities, direct access to a shared warehouse courtyard that has a sociable atmosphere during the summer months. The bathroom is standard with bath/ shower.

There are three of us, a queer couple and a younger neuroscientist. We tend to keep a peaceful schedule Monday to Friday and we're more lively and sociable on the weekends. We wouldn't consider pets as one of us has various allergies.

The room is available immediately. It would be available for shorter term sublets or multi month stays. Rent and bills would be slightly higher per month if taken by a couple.
