I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in my house share, as I’m moving in with my partner, located an 8 minute walk from Seven Sisters station. It also has great bus connections.
The room is super spacious for the price, meaning you can really make it your own. Gets tons of light, which means it’s gorgeous in summer. The double bed frame and mattress come with the room, but I’m also selling some of the furniture if you would like to discuss paying a little extra on top of the deposit.
Housemates are Andreas (Chef & Photography Student, 26) Adeline (Hospo worker, 28) and Adam (Bar Manager, 32). They’re all super friendly and very clean, as well as respecting each other’s space. The house also comes with a garden if you fancy a BBQ in the summer!
Bills are not included in the price of the rent :)
