Manor House Warehouse Room

PLEASE NOTE: This room is currently under renovation and once completed will not look like the pictures provided. The new room will have a professionally built mezzanine and a new paint job!

Also we are only looking at woman identifying/non binary and trans masc applicants.

About us & the room: We have a room going in our lovely manor house warehouse from mid April, this is dependent on the time the renovations take.

The room is £665 a month with bills included with a £665 deposit. Its roughly 3m x 4m with high ceilings, and is windowless but has ventilation/ac.

Our warehouse is a 12 bed, with 3 bathrooms and a large communal area with a cinema projector 📽️ and we also have a back garden porch area that is currently a work in progress but does have bbq 🫕. We are a pretty creative/artistic house with people working across lots of different art forms (Music, Fashion, Production Design, Jewellery, photography) but we also have housemates who work in software programming and the non-profit sector.
We are a queer and diverse family and we would love to find someone who could fit in to our dynamic but also bring some new and exciting energy to our group:)

As a house we love to watch films, play games, have bbq's and occasionally have the odd lil party as we love music and enjoy dj'ing and dancing when the times right.
