After 7 very happy years, I am moving out of the flat that I share with Mark to move into my own place.

The room for rent is approximately 6.8m x 4.6m with a high ceiling and has natural daylight. It is about 5 minutes’ walk from Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters stations with links to the Victoria line and National rail and buses. It is close to Tottenham Marshes, Markfield Park and Tottenham Hale Retail Park.

You will be sharing with Mark, a quiet artist, who works from home. The warehouses are all live/work units in a creative area. This is not, however, a party house.

The rent is £650/month excluding bills. Bills. including council tax, come to approximately £120/month.

Pets are more than welcome. We would prefer a non-smoker. Ideal for working from home as there is plenty of space to do so.
