Intro

After too long in a state of flux, it is time for a reboot. The vision is a creative power house with a mature, communal, supportive vibe where high functioning Peter Panner’s can thrive personally, communally and in their pursuits.

People

Ideal persons will be stable, responsible and respectful. Between 35 and 45, experienced in communal living and competent in communication and compromise…..and house trained! Artists, Makers, Musicians, Dancers, Circus Performers, Yogis, Foodies, Fitness/Health Fiends: Anyone that needs space for their creative pursuits. This is not a party house.

Keen to find fem energies and people with physical pursuits to balance things out.

Space

The rooms are huge, and the space is huge. There are two bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, mezzanine chill area with projector, communal table/dining area and 2 large mirrored studio spaces. The house is well equipped in the kitchen, has storage space, weights bench, dance floor lino, foam squares, crash mats and punch bags. Ceiling at 3.8m, rigging at 3.4m. (The pictures of the main space are from after I painted the floor to give a feel for the space. As this is a reboot, the space will be what we make of it. Also it is in the middle of having a clear out, and some work done so is not so picture friendly at the moment).

Area

Within a 10 min walk there is a lovely local park connected to the canal, lots of shops, big and small, and great transport links. Based between Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale there’s the Victoria Line, Overground, and direct trains to Stratford, Liverpool Street, Cambridge, and Stansted Airport.
