Looking for a flatmate

I’m looking to put down an offer on this stunning 2 bed-2 bath flat in Seven Sisters with a move-in date in the first two weeks of August.

✨ A bit about me: I’m 23 (soon to be 24), and I work in marketing (wfh about 2 days a week). I’m easygoing and sociable, but also need some downtime to recharge. How a friend describes me: 75% Monica, 15% Rachel and 10% Sansa Stark. I like to think I’m funny (I’m probably more unhinged than funny tho 🤣) I tend to take up a new hobby every other month and think it’s the one, but it never really is.

✨ I’m looking for someone who is sociable and down to have a good time, but also clean and respectful.

I’ll be taking the en suite room, and you would have the other room and bigger bathroom all to yourself. There’s a few different flats available in the block, so the layout might change a bit.

📍 Seven Sisters station is a 10 min walk from the building (Victoria line)

📍 There’s plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within a short walk from the property

📍 The rent is about £875-900 depending on the flat. The agent will get back to me on further details in the next few days
