Cosy double room in a homely warehouse N15

Hello there! 🌞
We are looking for a fabulous new housemate to join our lovely warehouse home in the heart of Tottenham.

Our space is beautiful open-plan warehouse with windows going all the way up to the ceiling. The room itself has an inside-window, but still gets plenty of light from the kitchen windows. It comes with a double mattress, but otherwise unfurnished! You can also paint the walls and get all creative - that is very welcomed in fact!
We also have a mischievous ginger cat called Shanti, so it’s a must you like kitties!

A little bit about your housemates-to-be:

We are in our 30’s/40’s, with variety of expertises and schedules…We have a photographer/ filmmaker, DJ/ visual artist, bartender, a massage therapist/ events chicka, and a Québécois :)

Even though it is a warehouse, our home is not a party house. However, once in a while we do dinner gatherings and the kitchen table may get lively on weekends, when we tend to play a game of dice and share a drink perhaps. We have good understanding of living together and sharing the work in the house, and it is a must you are someone who cleans/tidies after themselves!
We don't have set schedules for cleaning, but expect everyone to take turns naturally, or do it together.

We are all peaceful and down to earth, and are looking for someone who seeks this kind of living environment 💜

A bit about you:

We are hoping to find a human who would love to find a home in the city, not just a place to crash. You are sensible, kind, respectful, good communicator and someone keen on living in a more communal kind of way!
We welcome people from any background, we have a vegan in the house and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

The area:

We are 8-10minutes walk from both Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale Tube stations. There is a retail park with all sorts of stores (Lidl, B&Q, TK max.. just to name a few), and we are 10 min away from Markfield Park, which brings you right on the canal and gives you the opportunity to go for a stroll in the gorgeous marshes xx
