Small Double Sublet - Available until August 10th

Hi there!

I’m moving out of my flat a bit earlier than my flatmates and need someone to rent out my room for the last few weeks of our tenancy. The room is a small double, cozy and perfect for a short-term stay in London.

You’ll be living with Vicky, who works in advertising, and Meg, who’s in fashion and HR. Both are clean and respectful. We’re looking for someone who shares these qualities to ensure a harmonious living environment.

Details:

- Availability: Now until August 12th (there can be a little flexibility on this, but please note that our tenancy ends on the 15th and I will need a few days between to come back to do a deep clean)
- £700 for the month pro rata
- Location: 5-minute walk from Seven Sisters Tube Station (Victoria Line)
- Transport: Frequent tubes every 1-2 minutes, reaching King's Cross in under 10 minutes and Oxford Street in less than 15 minutes
- Huge Tesco under 10 minutes away for all your weekly shopping needs
- Flat: use of room, shared spaces and WIFI; clean bedding and towels provided
- Please expect the shared spaces to get a bit barer as we all prepare to move out. There may also be a few viewings during this time from the agency

This setup is ideal for anyone visiting or working in London for a short period.
