Sublet in beautiful Tottenham warehouse

Available 17th July- 18th August

Hi, looking for someone to sublet my room while I’m away for a month. It’s a double in a massive warehouse in Tottenham living with a lovely and friendly group of 7(!) flatmates and our friendly cat, Cowboy. The current flatmates are all 20-30s professionals working in film, video games, tech, architecture and journalism. They’re a friendly bunch and spend a lot of time hanging out in the communal areas so if you’re looking for a nice community it would be perfect for you.

The space is massive with plenty of room for everyone and desks set up in the room and communal area if you need to work from home. There are shared kitchen and dining areas, TV with Netflix, Disney etc.

The room is a double with lots of space and plants. Photos give a good representation of what it looks like.

Location is very convenient, less than 10 mins walk to Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale for Victoria Line and Overground. It’s 5 mins from the retail park which has a Lidl, there’s a great pub at the end of our road and it’s also 10 mins to the river Lea and Walthamstow wetlands which are lovely green spaces for summer.
