☀️☀️☀️ My huge and beautiful room is becoming available in our wonderful home in Seven Sisters!!! ☀️☀️☀️

✨ After living here for almost 3 years, I'm leaving as I'm moving in with my boyfriend so this spacious room could be yours for £890,- ALL IN (council tax, wifi etc. no hidden fees!).

🌱 Room:
The room is massive with a large window front, so plenty of light through out the day. I have a lot of clothes so I have installed sort of a hidden fashion wall, but for someone who isn't as manic as me, the room is even bigger!!!
It comes with the wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed frame.
🏡 Rest of the house:
2 more bedrooms, bright and spacious shared living room, big kitchen with washer and dryer, new ish bathroom with bathtub and window PLUS a big garden!!!

👯‍♀️ Flat mates:
You'd be moving in with Susanna who is 33, American and working in the health/ charity sector. She loves going to the gym and knows the best walks nearby (she can show you the secret spot to see some cute turtles)!

Your 2nd housemate would be Candice. She's English and a talented and passionate artist who is about to start working in a Museum. Candice loves hanging out with friends and is an amazing baker (her cookies are awesome)!

It's a two story house and we are renting the downstairs flat. The entire house belongs to the landlord who is super lovely and works as a PT in the separate building in the garden which means he's around quite a bit which is handy if we need help with anything - he's super responsive and on it, great landlord, we honestly never had any problems whatsoever!!!

🌳 The house is about a 10 minute walk to Seven Sisters Station Victoria line, easy and fast transport links!. There are lovely parks near by, gyms, pubs, an amazing pizza place and supermarkets are not far away either. You've got a LOCO down the road, a Sainsbury's and Tesco express close by and a Lidl and Aldi are just a little walk or cycle ride away.

💜 I have absolutely loved living here and am sad to leave the girls and this house which has been my home for such a long time now! I'd love to find someone who is also looking for a new home rather than just a place to stay to replace me. Ideally minimum 29, working full time and ready to turn my "walk in closet" into their sanctuary.

🔑 I'm getting the keys to my new flat end of July so the place will be available ASAP!!!
