Double room available in a very sociable house with a group of young professionals.
None of us knew each other before we moved in but we’ve become great friends and are looking to replace one of our housemates who is sadly leaving us.
We are looking for a female housemate to keep gender equality in the house!
The house is close to Seven Sisters station (Victoria Line) and South Tottenham overground station, both less than 10 minutes walk away, with a commute to Kings Cross only 15 minutes.
The house has a spacious open plan kitchen/ living area with a TV, corner sofa and aesthetic lighting. We have a garden patio, complete with palm tree and garden furniture which is perfect for summer sunbathing and BBQs.
The bedroom has it's own bathroom. The room is spacious and furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
