I'm looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat, as my current flatmates are relocating abroad.

The flat is fully furnished with a spacious modern living room and an open kitchen. As part of the building, you will have access to a free gym, 24/7 concierge service, secure bike storage, a coworking space, and several communal areas. A rooftop terrace with great views across the city is available on the 21st floor. The location is ideal, right next to Seven Sisters station, with easy access to the Victoria line and Overground. Multiple bus routes stop right outside the building.

A bit about me: I am an outgoing and very active person—I enjoy running and I’m part of a local rowing club. I also love cooking, and enjoy having dinner together in the flat every once in a while, which is a great way to unwind and socialize after work. I work full time as a technical project manager in an engineering company and am typically in the office 3-4 days a week. While it's nice to have a friendly atmosphere at home, we have always respected each other's personal space. We take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy and would appreciate your help in maintaining that standard.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 (as shown in the floorplan) are available. The bedrooms are nearly identical, come with a double bed, nightstands, a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The large floor to ceiling windows give you plenty of light. The flat includes a combined washer/dryer. The landlord will require reference checks.
