We are looking for someone to join us in our lovely new home in Haringey, North London!!! Super close to Seven Sisters. Below for more details x

The area:
The house is conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from Seven Sisters Station, so easily accessible to anywhere on the Victoria line. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the lively Haringey Green Lane area/The Haringey Ladder, with lots of shops, pubs and places to eat. The house is located near a lovely park called Chesnuts Park, which is just around the corner and Finsbury Park is just a 20 minute walk away, so great if you’re into an evening walk after work and like being near green spaces!

The house:
We love this house. It’s in a gated mews with only a couple of other houses, so feels super safe and quiet. It has a great communal space as soon as you walk into the house, including an open plan dining area, modern kitchen, leading into a living space that looks out onto a patio area- perfect for summer. There’s also a downstairs toilet too.

The house has 4 large double bedrooms all with en suites. 2 rooms located on the second floor and 2 at the top of the house.

The house is the perfect combination of a social and private space when needed.

About us:

We’re 3 working professionals all 26/27. Rosie and Katie went to school together and Alanah and Rosie went to uni together. We’ve all lived with each other before separately and we’re really looking forward to meeting someone new.
Alanah works for a homelessness charity, Rosie is a social worker and Katie is a midwife. All can be pretty intense jobs and we really care about our work, so we like a chilled week, and of course have fun on the weekends- we’re really looking forward to exploring a new area in London. The space will be relaxed, inviting, sociable and friendly as well as super homely and clean. We like to cook together, binge a tv series, chill together in the evenings but also like our own down time to decompress from work. We’re a no pressure household & enjoy a good time xx

About you:
We’re really just looking for someone who likes the sound of the above vibe and feels they’d make a good fit. A working professional, who’s friendly, tidy, easygoing and wants to socialise, ie join us in hosting the occasional dinner party !! but also appreciates the importance of keeping it chill when needed and respecting people’s space.
